Senior Project Manager Engineering

This is why you want to join us as Senior Project Manager at Enza Zaden. You will lead (inter) national CAPEX projects and take ownership from start to finish. You play a central role in realizing technological solutions for the seed processing of tomorrow.

Key Responsibilities   Preparing and analyzing business requirements to support project objectives
Defining project scope, planning resources, and dividing tasks
Managing project delivery and change management with internal and external stakeholders
Monitoring progress, risks, issues, and quality, and reporting transparently
Closing projects, capturing lessons learned, and ensuring smooth handover
Leading, coaching, and motivating project teams
Building strong stakeholder relationships and maintaining clear communication
Sharing knowledge, collaborating and improving project management practices
Qualifications   Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
Up to 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the food and/or process industry
Experience in leading complex, multidisciplinary projects
Familiarity with Stage Gate project management, LEAN, and Continuous Improvement
Knowledge of validation principles (VMP, DQ, FAT, IQ, OQ, SAT, PQ)
IPMA or PMI certification (a plus)
Excellent command of Dutch and English;
German is an advantage
Willingness to be present at least 4 days per week at our seed processing site and to travel occasionally (inter) nationally
