Global Finance Business Partner

Strong financial leadership helps Enza Zaden turn commercial opportunities into sustainable growth. As Global Finance Business Partner Marketing & Sales and Mid Tech, you will work directly with senior management on strategy, performance, and value creation. You will combine financial expertise with international collaboration and have the opportunity to improve decision‑making across the business.

• Taking responsibility for value creation, strategy definition and execution, and performance as a member of both management teams
• Advising, challenging, and supporting the Functional Director and management teams on key decisions
• Improving financial performance by leading the full planning and control cycle, including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Supporting and leading business development through business cases, investment plans, and acquisition activities
• Working with the CFO and Finance Management Team as a member of the Global Business Control Lead Team
• Strengthening collaboration and financial expertise among regional and local Business Controllers and Finance Managers.

You have strong analytical and strategic skills and can turn financial insights into clear business choices. You build relationships easily and constructively challenge and influence senior stakeholders. You enjoy working in an international environment and take responsibility for shared results.

• A relevant master’s degree in Finance, Business Economics, or a comparable field
• Around 10 years of relevant experience in controlling and finance business partnering, preferably in a commercial environment
• Experience working in an international and multicultural environment
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and advising senior management
• A strong understanding of financial and commercial processes on a global scale
• Excellent command of English.

• A position for 32-38 hours per week
• A gross monthly salary between €6,943 and €9,919, based on a full-time workweek of 38 hours and aligned with your knowledge and experience
• 8.33% vacation allowance and an attractive annual bonus program of 15% of your annual salary, depending on your job level and company performance
