Job Description- Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
- Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
- Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
- Be a productive member of the team.
- Provide 2nd-line IT support to end users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and workplace technology issues.
- Experience with Managed Print Services (MPS).
- Mobile device configuration and support for Apple iOS and Android devices using Microsoft Intune.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Customer-focused approach with strong communication skills.
- Experience providing onsite IT support and working with ticketing systems.
- Familiarity with Windows OS, macOS, and common business applications.
- Provide onsite technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues.
- Diagnose, analyze, and resolve end-user IT incidents and service requests.
- Install, upgrade, support, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and video conferencing equipment.
- Perform IMACD activities, including installation, relocation, configuration, and decommissioning of end-user devices.
- Manage user accounts and access through Active Directory.
- Deploy software and operating systems using SCCM or other deployment tools.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and activities within the ticketing system.
- Perform hardware maintenance and asset management activities.
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of a support team.
