Make a difference as Replenishment Planner (Interim)
In this role, you create and align the replenishment plan for our global supply hubs in Enkhuizen. Your planning ensures that stock arrives on time, in the right quantity and at the required quality. You support the global roll-out of replenishment planning while also performing the regular operational activities expected in this role.

Your main responsibilities include:

Creating replenishment plans (0–16 weeks) and aligning these with inbound planners at subsidiaries.

Finalising the plan and communicating it to subsidiaries and main stakeholders.

Leading the operational hand-over process in the ERP system so transfer orders can be created on time.

Coordinating and monitoring warehouse positions (physical and virtual) and resolving issues around availability, quality or timing.

Investigating unsold inventory or dead stock, performing root-cause analysis and supporting improvement plans within subsidiaries.

Providing a short-term seed availability outlook and signalling shortages when needed.

Ensuring correct planning parameter settings, such as lead times, safety stock optimization, prioritization rules and service levels.

You collaborate closely with Planning for Processing and Testing, Operational Supply Planners, Demand Planners, inbound subsidiary planners and other Replenishment Planners. Your interim assignment takes place in the team of the Planning Manager Processing & Testing.

What you bring as an interim colleague

A completed higher professional education (HBO/Bachelor) in supply chain, logistics or a related field.

3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.

Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with international stakeholders.

Strong computer skills, including Excel, ERP systems and planning tools.

Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
