What You’ll Do- Support projects and day‑to‑day activities within your area of expertise.
- Conduct analyses, research, or practical assignments.
- Collect, process, and interpret relevant data.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute new ideas.
- Collaborate with colleagues, subject matter experts, and fellow interns.
- Present findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
- Currently pursuing a vocational (MBO), bachelor’s, or master’s degree relevant to your internship field.
- Available for a hands‑on internship or graduation project.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and/or English.
- Proactive and independent mindset.
- Genuine interest in your field and a drive to keep learning and growing.
- Ability to complete your internship in the Netherlands (housing is not provided).
- Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and comfort taking initiative.
- Collaborative, accountable, and focused on professional development.

Benefits & Experience- Monthly internship allowance of €500 gross for hands‑on internships and €600 gross for graduation internships (38‑hour workweek).
- 24 vacation days per year based on a full‑time internship; prorated for part‑time or short internships.
- Travel‑expense reimbursement per Enza Zaden policy.
- Company laptop and, depending on your assignment, a smartphone.
- Participation in the Internship Program: training, workshops, events.
