• Cut and style hair to meet client expectations.

• A valid Texas cosmetology or barber license.

Hourly pay ranges from $20-$30 per hour, including base pay, tips, and incentives. Top stylists earn over $35 with unlimited potential. Tips can be deducted up to $25,000, subject to IRS guidelines.
