This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Ennis, TX, as an Assistant Terminal Manager. The Assistant Terminal Manager will oversee daily terminal operations, supervise staff, manage customer relationships, and ensure smooth and efficient transportation processes. Responsibilities include coordinating terminal operations, implementing training programs, maintaining safety standards, and assisting in delivering exceptional service to clients while adhering to company policies and procedures.

• Strong Supervisory Skills and experience in managing and mentoring teams
• Proficiency in Operations Management and Terminal Operations to ensure seamless and efficient workflows
• Excellent Customer Service skills for building and maintaining client relationships
• Experience with Training and the ability to develop and deliver employee development programs
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Previous experience in the transportation or logistics industry is preferred
• Proficiency with common technology and software for operations and management
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field is a plus
