With 86 quarries and 56 asphalt plants across Tennessee, Mississippi, Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, North Carolina, Kentucky, Arkansas, Texas, Indiana, Illinois, and Ohio, Rogers Group seeks an individual for the Plant Operator position in Ennis, Texas to support quarry and crushing plant operations.

• Operate various pieces of equipment as needed – bobcat, skid steer, haul truck, dozer, track hoe.
• Receive training in multiple production positions and fill in as required during vacations, absences, and increased production demand.
• Run a water truck to control dust on roadways.
• Report equipment problems to management and assist in maintaining quarry and equipment.
• Complete daily inspections and equipment pre‑shift reports, when applicable.
• Assist other workers as directed and perform additional duties as assigned by management.

• Uncompromising focus on safety excellence.
• Experience operating heavy equipment – bobcat, skid steer, haul truck.
• Self‑motivated and able to perform tasks without constant supervision.
• Quick learner capable of understanding basic safety and work instructions.
• Willingness to work weekends and overtime as necessary.
• Must pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
