Certain Teed is seeking a Production Supervisor I to lead hourly manufacturing teams on a 12-hour Pitman schedule and a 6:30 PM–7:00 AM night shift. This role drives safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement in a 24/7 facility, reporting to plant leadership.
You will coach employees, manage training and performance, participate in recruiting and onboarding, and lead Lean initiatives while ensuring EH&S compliance and policy adherence.
