Pencco in Ennis, Texas, seeks a Plant Operator to maintain safe, efficient production. You will handle and monitor chemicals, record data, troubleshoot equipment, and work with the team to improve processes.
This role requires physical endurance, adherence to safety rules, and the ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends during peak seasons. Prior experience with heavy machinery and basic mechanical/computer skills are preferred.
