• Six months RN experience in direct patient care or enrollment in Nurse Residency.
• Associate degree in Nursing required;
  Bachelor preferred.
• Critical thinking, decisive judgment, ability to work independently and under stress.
• BLS required; ACLS within 6 months if needed.
• Valid Texas RN license or COMPACT license.
