Truck Driver Class A Regional – Ennis, TX

Immediate opening for a SOLO Class A CDL Truck Driver at Ryder in Ennis, TX. We will purchase your truck and offer an attractive pay structure of $1600+ per week.

• Driver pay weekly
• Miles: $0.617 per mile with 1880 miles per week
• Stops: $26.72 per stop with 15 stops per week
• Per diem: $51.00 per night with 1–2 nights per week
• Overnights:

• 6 months class A touch freight experience required
• Ryder trains you on all required equipment (manual pallet jack, lift gate, rolling carts, dollies)
• Freight type:
  Touch – Consumer goods

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass Ryder drug test and background check (up to 3 years of employment records)
• Pass DOT physical and Ryder road test
• Provide Class A CDL and required endorsements
• Class A tractor–trailer experience (9 months within 3 years, 2 years within 5 years, or 5 years within 10 years)
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
• Additional screening may include employment and education verification, motor vehicle records check, or road test

• Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations
• Detect, eliminate, or minimize safety hazards; maintain accurate records and logs
• Load/unload freight or assist in loading/unloading as required by customer
• Perform additional duties as assigned
