Group Cost Accountant

Group Cost Accountant - Londonderry/Derry MCS Group are delighted to be partnered with a successful and well-established manufacturing business with an international footprint is seeking to appoint a Group Cost Accountant to join its finance team. The Company:
Our client is a global manufacturer within the healthcare packaging space. Reporting into the finance leadership team, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering accurate product costing, financial analysis, and management reporting across the business. This role would suit an experienced Cost Accountant with a strong manufacturing background who enjoys analysing data, improving processes, and partnering with stakeholders across multiple functions.

The Role:

Prepare and maintain accurate product costing across multiple manufacturing sites;
Analyse manufacturing costs, margins, and variances to support business performance;
Produce detailed financial reports and cost analysis for senior management;
Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting activities;
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements Other duties as outlined in full job description.

The Person :
Open to Qualified, Qualified by Experience or Part-Qualified;
Relevant industry experience;
Strong IT skills;
Strong communication skills.
