Key Responsibilities Process monthly payroll accurately and on time. Maintain accurate payroll records and complete payroll reconciliations. Process statutory payments including SSP and SMP. Prepare HMRC/Revenue submissions, including RTI. Respond to employee payroll queries professionally and promptly. Assist with pension administration and payroll reporting. Support month-end and year-end processes and audit requirements. Liaise closely with HR and Finance to ensure accurate payroll data.
Assist with payroll system testing and development. About You Previous experience in a payroll administration role is desirable. Good understanding of payroll processes and UK/ROI statutory requirements. Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Office. Mega Pay and/or SAP Success Factors experience is desirable. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organisational and communication skills. Able to manage confidential information with discretion.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Excellent salary and benefits package available. This is a full-time position, however part-time or reduced hours may be considered for the right candidate.
