• Administrative Support:
  Provide general office support, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
• Scheduling & Coordination:
  Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
• Document Management:
  Maintain office files and databases, ensuring that documents are accurately stored and easily accessible.
• Customer Interaction:
  Greet visitors and assist clients with inquiries, providing a professional and friendly first impression of the company.
• Inventory Management:
  Track office supplies and place orders when needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Data Entry:
  Assist with entering data into systems, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Support to Management:
  Provide general administrative assistance to senior management and other departments as needed.
• Event Planning:
  Assist with organizing company events, meetings, or team-building activities.
