Customer Support Administrator

an excellent business to recruit a Customer Support Administrator on a full-time basis. • Dealing with customer queries over both phone and email.
• Providing insight and knowledge to customers regarding the products and services.
• Building strong relationships with both customers and internal departments.
• Processing orders, preparing orders for dispatch, alongside invoicing.

• Previous experience working within an administrative role, knowledge of the healthcare sector would be advantageous for this role.
• You will have a keen desire to learn.
• You must have excellent time management skills with the ability to work towards deadlines.
• Personable and able to build long term relationships.

The package for this role includes a salary £27,000, this role presents with a working week of Monday
- Friday. Based on site in Enniskillen, this role presents the opportunity to work within a tight knit team with excellent opportunities for long term development.
