Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking for your next challenge in the commercial build sector?

Our client, a well-established Main Contractor, is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team in Enniskillen. With a strong pipeline of commercial projects across Fermanagh and Sligo, this is a fantastic opportunity to take on a pivotal role in the successful delivery of high-profile builds.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects
• Prepare cost plans and bills of quantities
• Conduct cost analysis and value engineering
• Manage subcontractor procurement and payments
• Monitor project progress and provide financial reports
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the UK or Ireland
• Previous experience with a Main Contractor is essential
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
