Duties & Responsibilities:
- Preparing cost estimation, extension of time claims, certifying payment and variation and final account settlement;
- Assist dispute resolution matters;
- Handle sub-contractors’ payments, main-contractor's payment & variation orders;
- Document control, system entry, reporting;
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned;
- Preparing subletting and tender budget and report.
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor Degree / Higher Diploma in QS or equivalent;
- At least 5 years working experience or above in QS in Main Contractor;
- Contract administration in QS skill;
- Work independent;
- With NEC Contractexperienceis an advantage;
- Good command of written in both English and Chinese.
