The Role:

Deliver the project on time and to the highest standard Report directly to the senior management team, including the Contracts Manager and Project Director Provide accurate, consistent and professional records, reports and site information Work to construction drawings and works information in fine detail Survey the site to mitigate problems and check design viability Organise and coordinate labour Play an instrumental role in negotiating contracts with direct and subcontract staff Liaise with engineers, with a strong understanding of site-level operations

The Person :
Proven Site Management / Project Management New build experience is essential Able to work using your own initiative Self-motivated and hard-working Track record of completing projects from start to finish Analytical, with sound decision-making skills Technical and practical knowledge of the building industry Relevant, up-to-date third-party H&S site management training The Reward:
