As a Customer Service Adviser you will handle customers’ day‑to‑day banking queries, assist with digital questions, open new accounts, provide information on new products, manage customer meetings, make outreach calls and respond to secure mails. Basically delivering that outstanding customer service we’re famous for!
What are we looking for?We are looking for Customer Service Advisers for a number of our branches. If you have a passion for customer service, love working with enthusiastic, supportive team members and can communicate well then we would love to hear from you.
What you'll bring- Customer service experience preferably from retail, hospitality, or any customer‑facing roles.
- Top‑notch communication and relationship skills.
- A hunger to learn and adapt quickly.
- No banking experience needed—just the drive to make a positive impact and be a Danske Bank ambassador.
- Starting salary of £23,500.
- 22 days’ leave plus 10 bank holidays.
