HireIQ are partnering with a well-established, SME business with a presence in both the North and South of Ireland as they recruit a Head of Finance as they enter this next phase of growth. This role is ideally suited to a hands-on senior finance professional seeking part-time hours. The working pattern is flexible, with hours negotiable and able to be spread across five days.

About the job:
Lead the finance function, providing strategic and commercial financial leadership. Produce monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts and cash flow reporting. Partner with Directors to support business planning and decision-making. Drive profitability analysis, financial controls, compliance and risk management. mprove finance systems, reporting processes and operational efficiency. Oversee finance administration and maintain accurate financial records. Manage relationships with external advisers, banks, insurers and key stakeholders.

About you:

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent) Proven experience in Senior Finance position Commercially focused with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
