Meadow View is a beautiful, modern care home in Enniskillen, providing professional and compassionate care for up to 54 older people, including those living with dementia. All our private, light and spacious bedrooms are fully‑furnished, with the benefit of en‑suite facilities. Residents are very welcome to bring their own home accessories and furniture, to personalise their space and make it their home.

We are dedicated to providing quality care for the residents living with dementia and for those who are cared for in their rooms too; our whole team approach to wellbeing means that everyone feels part of our lovely, welcoming community.

As a Care Assistant with Kathryn Homes, you'll join a dedicated team united by a profound desire to positively impact the lives of our residents. We’re seeking Care Assistants who are wholeheartedly devoted to supporting our residents in embracing life to the fullest, promoting independence within a kind and compassionate setting.

We do not require our Care Assistants to have experience although it is beneficial. We are seeking individuals whose empathy and warm‑hearted approach stand out. Successful Care Assistants will have a positive, can‑do attitude and excellent communication skills. Each day will bring something new, making for a diverse yet incredibly rewarding role.

33 hours a week – night shift.

All appointments are subject to safer recruitment requirements to ensure the safeguarding of adults. All positions will involve appropriate checks and clearances.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A good standard of oral and written English.
• A non‑judgemental approach to others.
• Excellent communication skills with the compassion required to deliver high‑quality care to our residents.
• Respectful to not only residents but the values and beliefs of other team members.

• Educated to QCF / NVQ Level 2 is desirable, but not essential.
• Previous experience in health and social care preferred, although not essential as full training will be provided.
