MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a well-established private sector organisation to recruit a part-time HR Advisor.

The role:

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional looking for a business-as-usual generalist role within a supportive and collaborative team. You'll provide practical HR advice across the full employee lifecycle, partnering with managers to ensure a positive employee experience while maintaining compliance with employment legislation and company policies.

As HR Advisor, you will support managers and employees across a wide range of day-to-day HR activities, including:

• Providing first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
• Supporting employee relations matters including absence management, disciplinary, grievance and performance processes.
• Managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and induction activities.
• Assisting with probation reviews, employee development and performance processes.
• Supporting the administration of the employee lifecycle including contract changes and leavers.
• Ensuring HR policies and procedures remain compliant and are consistently applied.
• Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems.
• Supporting HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives as required.

• Previous experience in a generalist HR Advisor or HR Officer role.
• Sound knowledge and hands on experiene of NI employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Experience supporting employee relations casework.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• CIPD qualification (or working towards).

• Base salary up to £45k (FTE) - based on experience.
• Part-time flexible hours.
• Broad, varied HR generalist role.
