Human Resources Manager
£38 - £45k+

We are proudly working with a medical based company who are Europes leading manufacturer offering bespoke products to medical professionals on a global scale.
Due to continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to lead and develop the companys people function.
In the role you will:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle,
- Support employee wellbeing and performance,
- Oversee hr systems and compliance,
- Help drive a positive workplace culture
We're looking for:
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent HR experience)
- 3+ years' generalist HR experience
- Strong knowledge of Northern Ireland employment law
- Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in an SME, manufacturing or healthcare environment is advantageous
