Working closely with line managers and colleagues across the business, the successful candidate will provide broad operational HR and training support, gaining valuable exposure to recruitment, employee relations, systems implementation and organisational development. Permanent, office based position within an established manufacturing organisation.

The Role:

* Provide operational HR support, advice and guidance to line managers and employees.
* Maintain accurate and compliant HR records and reporting.
* Support recruitment, selection, onboarding, probation and performance management processes.
* Provide employment guidance across Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and Great Britain.
* Coordinate apprentice and graduate programmes and support training initiatives.
* Assist with the implementation and roll out of new HR systems.

The Person :
* CIPD qualification or relevant HR experience.
* Previous generalist HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing/engineering/production environment.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
* Professional approach with the maturity to handle confidential information.
