Multiple roles
- English and French Speaking

• Serve as the consumption lead for Copilot Chat and 1P Agents in defined accounts.
• Land intent and illustrate value for Copilot Chat and 1P Agents
  .
• Generate pipeline and drive incremental monthly active users (MAU).
• Orchestrate across CSAM/CSA (unified agreements) and Partner/FT (non-unified agreements) for deeper technical requirements.
• Deliver compelling Copilot Chat pitches and demos and 1P Agent presentations for licensed and unlicensed users.
• Align internal and partner resources to accelerate deployment and adoption.
• Surface key insights, challenges, and blockers to stakeholders.

• Strong understanding of AI-driven productivity tools and their business impact.
• Experience in solution discovery with Business Decision Makers (BDMs) and Technical Decision Makers (TDMs).
• Ability to leverage propensity mapping and customer insights for account planning.
• Proven track record in pipeline generation and driving product adoption.
• Collaboration skills to orchestrate across internal teams and partners.
• Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem and programs like MSXi
  , LXP
  , and ACM resources.
