• Lead and coordinate maintenance activities across IS production equipment
• Plan scheduled maintenance, repairs, and installation work to minimise downtime
• Manage maintenance technicians, shift cover, holidays, and team performance
• Attend daily production meetings and provide updates on maintenance priorities
• Drive continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and machine reliability projects
• Monitor KPIs including downtime, planned maintenance completion, and parts availability
• Ensure all maintenance work is carried out safely and in line with company procedures

• Previous experience in a Maintenance Supervisor, Engineering Supervisor, or IS Maintenance Supervisor role
• Strong background within manufacturing, production, or glass operations
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance, breakdown response, and root cause analysis
• Experience leading maintenance teams in a fast-paced industrial environment
• Familiarity with maintenance systems such as Prisma or CMMS platforms
• Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
