Mechanical Fitter (Industrial / Maintenance)

£40,000 - £42,000 + (£47k OTE) + Monday - Friday + Training + Overtime + Progression

Enniskillen, Scotland. We are a thriving manufacturing and energy powerhouse with over 100 years of experience, serving blue‑chip industries across the UK and Ireland.

This role involves maintenance of the company’s CHP plant, performing routine and reactive tasks to keep the plant running at optimum efficiency. You will receive structured training on CHP plant operations, enjoy overtime opportunities, and have a clear pathway to senior roles.

• Routine maintenance of mechanical equipment
• Fault finding and troubleshooting
• Shift schedule:
  Week 1 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Week 2 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm (shift allowance applied)

• Mechanical Engineer qualification
• Experience working in an industrial environment
• Must be able to commute to Enniskillen
