In this role, you will operate and support the company's processing plant. Duties include machine setup, basic maintenance (with full training provided), and quality inspection of finished products. You'll be joining a friendly, close-knit team in a fast-paced environment where no two nights are the same.

This position would suit a production operator who is happy working night shifts and is looking for a varied role with excellent training, long-term career progression into engineering, and a 4-day working pattern.

• Setup and operation of processing machinery
• Working as part of a sociable and supportive team
• Inspection and quality checking of finished goods
• Monday to Wednesday: 6:00 pm – 5:30 am
• Thursday: 6:00 pm – 1:30 am

• Looking for a hands-on manual role
• Willing to work permanent night shifts
• Able to commute to Enniskillen
