Essential criteria Hold a HACCP & Food Safety Level 3 qualification or equivalent Proven experience in a Technical or Quality role within food manufacturing Strong knowledge of BRC standards and industry regulations Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and risk assessment processes High attention to detail and a proactive approach to safety and quality Nice to Have Skills

Experience with 8-Step Problem Solving methodology Previous involvement in third-party audits and compliance Additional knowledge in food technology or relevant disciplines Preferred
