Requirementsand Qualifications
- Hold a HACCP & Food Safety Level 3 qualification or equivalent
- Proven experience in a Technical or Quality role within food manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of BRC standards and industry regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and risk assessment processes
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to safety and quality
- Experience with 8-Step Problem Solving methodology
- Previous involvement in third‑party audits and compliance
- Additional knowledge in food technology or relevant disciplines
Education and Experience
- Relevant qualification in Food Safety or Food Technology
- Several years’ experience in technical or quality assurance roles within food manufacturing environments
- Ability to travel occasionally for supplier or site audits
- Strong team player with leadership qualities
- Commitment to fostering a positive safety and quality culture
