Type: Full-time

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operators to join our team in Enniskillen.

As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and manufacturing process, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

• Perform tasks in the Production Area, including mechanical assembly and wiring.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet strict quality criteria.
• Follow detailed work instructions, schematics, and diagrams to assemble and test electronic products.
• Operate and maintain production machinery and tools efficiently and safely.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.

• Previous experience in electronics manufacturing or a related field is preferred but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Basic knowledge of electronic components and soldering techniques is an advantage.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Flexibility to work overtime if needed.
