We’re creating better ways to build for a world of changing demands. Our competitive advantage is our people and we’re looking for talented individuals to join our Commercial & Industrial Division as a Paintshop Operative, based at our site in Ballinamallard.

• Preparation:
  Ensure that the steel pieces have the correct blast profile and are clean, free from contaminants, and ready for the application of protective coatings.
• Application:
  Apply the appropriate protective coatings to the steelwork, ensuring that all products are applied to the correct thickness and meet the specified standards.
• Quality Control:
  Measure and verify the wet film thickness of the coatings to confirm that they meet the required specifications. Check the finished product for any defects and ensure a high-quality finish is achieved.
• Safety Compliance:
  Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment, including the proper handling and storage of coating materials and equipment.

• Previous experience in a similar role, specifically working with steelwork and protective coatings.
• Familiarity with the use of coating equipment and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow specifications accurately.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors.
