Severfield is seeking a Production Team Leader for the night shift at our Ballinamallard site. You will lead a team, drive safety and production targets, and collaborate with Production Managers to keep deadlines and quality. The role demands hands-on leadership in a steel fabrication environment and a background in trade or operational training.
We value people who can train colleagues, deliver toolbox talks, maintain PPE, and deploy staff to maximise outputs while keeping costs in check.
