In this role you will be split between office and site based, ensuring SHEQ compliance end driving continuous improvement. You will have 1 direct report, then train and coach other teams to high SHEQ standards, as the leading figure within the business. For over 100 years this company have provided a range of premium products to blue-chip industries across the UK and Ireland.

Boasting over a thousand employees across numerous sites, this role will play a pivotal part in their success. This role would suit somebody from a Health & Safety background looking for a diverse and challenging role within a large, profitable company.

The Role:

Ensuring Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental compliance Managing ISO 45001/14001/9001 standards Split between office and shop floor, travel to other sites across the UK Coaching and training internal teams, with one H&S Officer as a direct report
