Our client is a well-established, dynamic food manufacturing business, recognised for their commitment to quality and innovation. About you- HACCP & Food Safety Level 3 qualification
- Prior experience in food manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of BRC standards and food safety protocols
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to lead technical projects and manage supplier relations
- Drive food safety and quality culture across the site
- Ensure compliance with BRC and customer standards
- Lead technical projects, including hygiene and allergen validations
- Support audits and investigations, providing solutions and recommendations
- Deliver training on HACCP, allergen awareness, and food safety practices
- Use data and OPEX tools to identify and implement continuous improvements
