Rituals UK & Ireland (B Corp™) is seeking retail leaders to run a Rituals shop with passion. You’ll coach and develop your team, own the guest experience, and bring the brand to life on the shop floor.
The role includes a structured onboarding, regular Kick-Offs to review products and plans, employee discounts, wellbeing perks, and opportunities for growth through learning platforms and coaching on the job. A bonus potential of 18% may be earned when store targets are met.
