Experienced Sales Executive

We’re now looking for a motivated and professional Experienced Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a proven background in sales who wants to take their career further with a supportive and ambitious dealership.

As a Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer journey – from first enquiry to final handover. You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring every customer drives away happy.

• Engage with customers in the showroom, over the phone, and online.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and finance options.
• Deliver a seamless sales process, from test drives to vehicle handovers.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge and offers, and competitor activity.
• Contribute positively to a supportive team environment.
• Attend annual off site events (approx. 3 per year)
• Complete other duties at the discretion of management.

• A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• A driven, self-motivated attitude with a professional approach.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Full UK driving licence essential.
