Door Supervisors and Stewards. The role involves managing access to venues, checking tickets or passes, conducting bag and person searches where required, and monitoring entrances and exits to ensure a safe environment. Team members will oversee crowd flow, provide clear directions, respond to incidents or emergencies in line with company procedures, and report any safety or security concerns to supervisors. The position includes working closely with event organizers, liaising with other security staff, and maintaining accurate incident and shift reports.

Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays, depending on event schedules.

• Relevant security or door supervision license (e.g., SIA or PSA) and a strong understanding of event safety and crowd management principles.
• Experience in event security, door supervision, or stewarding, with the ability to manage queues, monitor crowds, and respond calmly to challenging situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to give clear instructions, de-escalate conflict, and interact respectfully with diverse members of the public.
• Strong situational awareness, reliability, and professionalism, with a consistent focus on safety, client service, and team collaboration.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to stand for extended periods, work outdoors when required, and complete shifts that may include evenings and weekends.
• Basic report writing skills and confidence in following documented procedures and completing incident or shift documentation accurately.
• Previous experience in events, hospitality, or customer service is beneficial; additional training in first aid or emergency response is an advantage.
