Housing Support Practitioner
Salary: £27,540 per annum.
Location: Enniskillen, Northern Ireland.
Contract/
Hours:
Permanent, 37 hours per week on a shift rota basis.

Provide assistance to young individuals aged 16‑21 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Support their daily living, access to specialised services, and preparation for the future at Rossorry Grove Supported Accommodation.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with vulnerable young people.
- Work with them individually or in small groups based on needs.
- Collaborate with staff teams and external organisations to secure the best outcomes.
- Monitor, record, and review progress at set intervals, providing additional support where required.
- Mentor and support other team members.
- Extensive experience working with vulnerable youth aged 16‑21 in a formal setting.
- Diploma Level 3 or above in youth work or related social care qualifications.
- Registered with NISCC or willing to register.
- Ability to work as part of a team and participate in a 24/7 rota, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good IT skills.
- Willingness to engage in all associated training and learning.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
