As a Customer Specialist
, you will support customers throughout their journey, assisting with a wide range of questions and requests related to orders, accounts, products, services, and general information.

You will communicate with customers through phone, email, chat, and other digital platforms
, understanding their needs and providing accurate, timely, and personalised assistance.

• Deliver high-quality customer support through phone, email, chat, and digital communication channels.

• Respond to customer questions regarding orders, deliveries, payments, accounts, products, and services.

• Listen carefully to customers and identify the most appropriate solutions to their requests.

• Manage complaints and customer situations in a calm, professional, and solution-oriented manner.

• Guide customers through relevant procedures, platforms, products, and services.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken in internal systems.

• Collaborate with other departments when additional support or investigation is required.

• Recognise recurring issues and share relevant feedback to contribute to service improvements.

• Keep your knowledge of products, services, procedures, and company policies up to date through training and continuous learning.

• Languages: Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and good command of English (B2).

• Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residence permit.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
