About this vacancy
As a work planner, you ensure that projects are set up properly from the start. You translate the client's request into a concrete and actionable plan and arrange everything needed to ensure the execution runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
Creating and monitoring project schedules
Handling permit applications and coordinating with involved parties
Ordering and coordinating materials and resources
Supporting execution and liaising with technicians and supervisors
Monitoring progress, quality, and safety
Managing project administration, revisions, and delivery documentation
Aligning with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
