The ideal candidate has a B.S. in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, at least 3 years of experience in Lean principles, and fluency in Dutch. Responsibilities include aligning with enterprise teams, delivering training, and creating Value Stream Maps.
Compensation ranges from €4,590 to €6,550 monthly, with additional bonuses discussed during hiring.
