As a Project Leader in Civil Engineering and Energy, you play a central role in the realization of projects, from preparation to execution. Depending on your experience and interests, you can think of:

- Managing and coordinating civil engineering projects (e.g., infrastructure, networks, energy projects) - Monitoring planning, budget, and quality
- Liaising with stakeholders such as clients, contractors, engineering firms, and municipalities
- Guiding project teams and serving as a substantive and organizational point of contact
- Preparing and structuring projects (from design phase to execution phase) - Identifying risks and opportunities and ensuring optimal project progress
- Contributing ideas about sustainable and innovative solutions within projects
- Advising clients on feasibility, approach, and choices

What we expect from you Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Technical Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, Built Environment, Land and Water Management, or a similar field± 3–8 years of experience in civil engineering, infrastructure, or energy

Experience with project coordination or ambition to grow into project management

Affinity for infrastructure projects and/or energy transition

Strong communication skills and stakeholder management

Proactive attitude and sense of responsibility

Good command of the Dutch language (minimum B2 level)

Salary €4800 – €6500+ gross per month, depending on experience
