In this graduation project, you will work on the automation of plant phenotyping: analysing and classifying seedlings based on characteristics such as leaf structure, colour, chlorophyll and hyperspectral image data. You will investigate how different image modalities can be combined to reliably assess seedlings and classify them into quality labels.
Does this sound like a challenge that matches your interest in AI, imaging and data analysis? Then we invite you to apply and help build this high-tech innovation.
