MECAL-High-tech/Systems in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, seeks a FEM-analyses specialist to join a multidisciplinary project team. You will perform dedicated analyses, prepare designs for optimisation, and guide the work from concept to prototype or small series, reporting to the Project Manager.
You will lead a team of about five engineers, allocate 40% to hands-on analysis and 60% to project management, and collaborate closely with customers to ensure deliverables, timelines and budgets are met.
