Mediant zoekt een Specialist Ouderengeneeskunde voor de ouderengeneeskunde, gericht op dementie en gedragsproblemen bij oudere cliënten. Je fungeert als medisch aanspreekpunt en werkt samen met een multidisciplinair team aan behandeling en zorgplanning.
Je onderzoekt, bewaakt medicatiegebruik en signaleert risico’s. Je collega’s krijg je tijdig van heldere instructies en ondersteuning, met aandacht voor kwaliteit van leven en palliatieve zorg waar nodig.
