Medisch Spectrum Twente zoekt een medisch maatschappelijk werker die patiënten en hun naasten ondersteunt bij psychosociale gevolgen van ziekte, behandeling en ingrijpende gebeurtenissen. Je begeleidt individueel en in groep en hebt oog voor signalen van stress, verlies en rouw.
Je werkt binnen een multidisciplinair team in het Psychomedisch Centrum en bouwt contacten met externe zorg- en hulpverleningsorganisaties om passende zorg te organiseren.
