Verantwoordelijk voor vier kaders: cliënt, medewerker, bedrijfsvoering en kwaliteit. Uren 32–36 per week met een vast dienstverband na gebleken geschiktheid, CAO VVT FWG 60 en mogelijkheden tot scholing en ontwikkeling.
