S&Z Consultancy zoekt een Adviseur Inkoop met minimaal 5 jaar ervaring bij een aanbestedende dienst. Je voert zelfstandig meervoudig onderhandse en Europese aanbestedingen uit en begeleidt processen volgens het interne inkoop- en aanbestedingsbeleid.
Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor operationele inkopers en levert advies op het gebied van inkoop en aanbesteding, inclusief tools en richtlijnen. Start: 1 oktober 2026, einde: 28 februari 2027, met optie tot verlenging.
